Hey, I'm Kombat. I've spent my life bridging the gap between raw emotion and technical perfection, from classically trained piano at age six to a production degree at Pinnacle College. Along the way I learned exactly what makes a record feel right, and exactly what it takes to get one there.

For over ten years I ran a busy studio cutting Hip-Hop, Trap, Pop, and Rock. That grind led to two Gold plaques and a #1 on the TikTok music chart. More importantly, it put me on the other side of the glass, session after session, watching the same thing happen: the vision was already there. The engineering, the EQ, the compression, the routing, was what kept getting in the way. And I knew that most artists don't have my room, my hardware, or ten years to spend learning what I learned.

Eventually I stepped out of the studio and into the AI tech industry, and that's where I met my business partner, Anmol. Between the two of us, we had the engineer's ear and the technical firepower to finally do something about that gap. So we started building PLAQ.

PLAQ puts a real engineer in your corner. It listens to your actual take, makes the moves a seasoned engineer would make, in the right order and only as hard as the song needs. Then you hear your raw take against the master and change what you want. In fact, Rumi, the engineer inside PLAQ, runs on my judgment, my workflow, and my rules for what you can and can't do to a record.

Because every plaque on my studio wall started as a song somebody almost didn't finish. PLAQ exists so you finish yours.
